Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours notice is required so we may attempt to fill the slot.
Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the worth of the missed treatment. If no notice is given or in the event of a no-show 100% of the appointment fee will be due.
Exceptions may be made but always at the discretion of the manager.
Brows, lash tinting and lash treatments all require a patch test prior to treatment. This is imperative and must be implemented no less than 24 hours before the treatment though 48 hours in advance of appointment is preferred.
Please be advised NONE of these treatments can go ahead without a patch test. Please consider this when booking your appointment to avoid penalty.
All clients are required to complete a consultation card on their first visit. This card will be retained as a confidential record. Any changes to circumstances must be advised, for example, sudden and new sensitivity or allergies to products or pregnancy. Any new information must be held in writing at the salon with client signature.
We cannot be held accountable for any reaction resulting from any known and undisclosed issues.
Please advise if you expect to be late; any lateness may result in a reduced treatment and treatment time, especially at peak times. However, the full fee will still be due.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds will be given on any skincare or nail products.
Teens and Treatments
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or have proven parental consent for all treatments.
Kids and buggies are welcome but please be advised that small children must be strapped in to a buggy whilst in a treatment room and the treatment is in progress. At all other times children must be supervised.
